The Wheat Bag

The Wheat Bag is a great companion for your self care routine.  

Not only can it keep you warm and cosy throughout winter and cool during the summer, it is the perfect aid to soothe and help relieve tight muscles, sore shoulders or period cramps. 

The Wheat Bag is made from completely renewable and biodegradable fibres.

To heat - heat flat in microwave for 1-2 minutes. If longer than 1 minute, shake & turn the wheat bag over for each minute of heating. Check temperature before using or reheating. 

To chill - leave in the fridge for 15 minutes before use. 

Removable outer for washing.
