Refunds & Exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please email hello@metaeco.nz 

We do not provide refunds for change of mind items however, we can exchange product for a different style/product. The Face Masks are non-refundable due to hygiene concerns. 

Items must be returned unused and unaltered with all original packaging intact.

Faulty Items 

At meta, we go through a thorough quality check before sending our items off. If in an unlikely event you find your item arriving with defeat, contact us at
