7-day Faulty Return + Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day Faulty Return + Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange, if the item arrives faulty. This must be done in writing, please email: hello@metaliving.nz
Items must be returned unused and unaltered with all original packaging intact.
You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@metaliving.nz and request a return form to fill out.
Faulty Items
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. At meta, we go through a thorough quality check before sending our items off. Our items and packages are well documented before being shipped. If in an unlikely event you find your item arriving with a defect, please contact us at:

Return Shipping Costs
Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in a return are payable by you and replacement product is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs, if any incurred. Once this is received the new replacement item will be posted immediately, upon availability.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt by us and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted as faulty. If in an unlikely event you find your item arriving with a defect, please contact us at:

Returns of faulty goods must be notified and requested within 7 days of being received by you and received by us within 14 days. Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. If you are shipping a return back to us, we will only accept shipments with a track and trace number so any lost packages cannot be disputed.
