Our soft and warm alpaca beanies keep you warm and toasty on those frosty winter days.

Made from hand spun New Zealand alpaca fleece, locally sourced from a family run and owned alpaca farm in Palmerston North. Each fibre is 100% traceable, meaning we know which exact alpaca your fleece came from.

Using only the natural colour of the alpaca, we maintain the true essence of the fibre. Blended with New Zealand grown mohair to give it an extra cosy feel.

These hand crafted pieces are truly one of a kind. The entire process from start to finish is all done by hand.

To ensure your beanie's longevity for years to come, wash appropriately and handle with care.

Sizing

Unisex style- beanie will fit 52cm - 62cm head circumference.

The style has enough stretch and will shape to your head with each wear.

Material

50% New Zealand grown, hand spun and pure un-dyed alpaca fibre. 50% New Zealand grown and spun mohair.

Alpaca is a sustainable alternative that is not only good for the earth, but for all of us.

Alpaca wool is stronger, softer, more eco-friendly, and offers 85% greater wicking capability than merino wool. It is also hypoallergenic.

Care

Each piece is hand made using natural fibres and some imperfections may occur. Please enjoy the individuality of your product.

Washing: gentle hand wash in warm water with natural wool detergent. Use towel to soak up excess water and dry flat in shade. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this will stretch and shrink the beanie out of shape. Frequent airing out will reduce the need for washing.
